Problem to save segments with Swordfish

Dear all (and Rodolfo),

I have troubles to save the translated segments with Swordfish today. Whether I click on save the segment, or on save the segment and go the next untranslated segment, Swordfish bugs and I have to force to quit the application.
When I reopen the software, the recent translations have been lost.

I have troubles to save the translated segments with Swordfish today. Whether I click on save the segment, or on save the segment and go the next untranslated segment, Swordfish bugs and I have to force to quit the application.
When I reopen the software, the recent translations have been lost.

I have been working on a .idml.xlf of 20,000 words for a few days and I have encountered any trouble until today (for the last 3000 words).
I have a second .idml.xlf file of the same volume for the same client which is not translated yet, and when I open it, the same problem occurs.

Replace database Jun 13, 2014

Hi,

The database that you are using may be damaged. Follow these steps:

1. Export the database as TMX.

2. Create a new database.

3. Import the TMX file into the new database.

4. Delete the old database.

5. Export your XLIFF file as TMX.

6. Import the TMX into the new database

After following those steps, you should be up and running again.

Hi Rodolfo,

Thank you very much for your help.

Indeed I have exported the TM and re-imported it in a new DB. And it works! No need to export the XLIFF.
