Brilliant conference Patricia, thank you.
The organisation was exemplary; even the last minute withdrawal of two speakers had no noticeable effect.
The range of topics was different and topical.
Great to see old friends again, make real friends of previously virtual ones and meet a lot of new friends with shared (and original) interests and outlooks.
Bring on Porto next year.

Excellent conference (highly interesting seminars), excellent people (highly professional colleagues), wonderful town and outstanding organisation (including lots of fun during dinners/lunches and breaks).
I am really sorry for having left earlier because of the flight and for missing Sameh seminar as well as the closing ceremony.

A great conference, pity I could stay only one day but it was a really nice time (and wet, thanks again henry for the throw in the pool #Ahem) and it was great to see so many friends again and meet new ones! Thank you Patricia and Leslie, can't wait for Porto next year!

Besides so many interesting things to learn from the presentations, there is also a lot to learn from colleagues of all around the world about how they run their show, not to mention the unforgettable ties of friendship that are being built along these days, that make us feel as part of a community, despite of our most of the time rather solitary activity.
And of course it was nice too to know something more about Barcelona and its way of life.
A big THANK YOU to Patricia who made all this happen, and to Patrick and Leslie and Jessica and every one else involved.
I am looking forward to see you all again next year in Oporto, if not before.

Definitely not the best conference I have ever attended, but still it was a good opportunity to meet old and new friends, and learn some new things.
It was a pity that Nigel Saych and Xosé Castro were forced to cancel their sessions at the very last minute, yet, program was redone accordingly.

Even if I joined proz.com 8 years ago, this was my first live conference! The experience was amazing, and I loved both the conference and the funny moments with colleagues.
Very nice organisation, and all of the lecturers were very skilled.
It's just a shame I couldn't stay longer in Barcelona, so I couldn't enjoy the city. But I'll come back for sure.
