Hi,
I have a glossary of about 25.000 technical words in 11 languages. To help our translators I've decided to import the glossary into our across-System.
So the process is like this:
Export the glossary out of an Oracle Database into UTF-8 CVS-Files and after that just import it into Across. The problem is. Neither the Umlauts nor any special character (i.e. russian) is being imported correctly.
Is across somehow able to import UTF-8 CVS-Files into its database or do we need to run a special converter on it?
