Paragraph aligned to the bottom

Across keeps aligning the active paragraph to the bottom of the source window. I went to Tools -> Profile settings -> source/context view and unchecked 'align active paragraph to bottom', but it did not help. How can I make Across align the active paragraph to the center of the page.
