Prior Information Notice (PIN)
The Hungarian Act on public procurement harmonized with EU law specifies this kind of publication obligation for certain organisations. It is 'idoszakos' as it has to be published every year, and it is 'elozetes' as it is not a final schedule of the planned public procurements of the given organisation, and - of course - it is not by any means an invitation to tender document.

The English translation of the "Közbeszerzési Törvény" (Act CXXIX of 2003 on Public Procurement) uses it this way.

I cannot find the link to the English document right now, although I had it a few weeks ago (that's how I have the quote).
An example:
(4) Az időszakos előzetes tájékoztatót a közbeszerzés különböző tárgyairól együttesen és külön-külön is el lehet készíteni.
(4) In the event that public contracts have various subjects, the periodic indicative information notice may be prepared either to cover all of them in a single document or to cover each in an individual document.
