Definition: right of survivorship
Ownership of property by two or more people in which the survivors automatically gain ownership of a decedent's interest. In the case of more than one survivor, the decendent's share is divided among the survivors. In addition, each owner can sell or gift his/her share as he/she wants, without the other owners' permission.

A jogászok használnak a hétköznapi emberek számára ismeretlen kifejezéseket. Én sem ismerem ezt a kifejezést, de ezt írja a szótár, hátha segít valakinek a megfejtésben.

: Én is megtaláltam ezt a szót a jogi szótárban, de nem mertem leírni. jogi szakembert kell megkérdezni, hogy használják-e ezt a kifejezést.

Kettesre tettem a szintet, gondolatébresztésre alkalmasnak gondoltam. Egyetértek a jogi szakember megkérdezésében, ezért is másoltam be a definíciót.
