Contractorul garanteaza ca toate serviciile si lucrarile efectuate, precum si toate materialele furnizate si cele de rezerva utilizate in cadrul Activitatii, nu vor avea defectiuni si sunt adecvate scopului caruia i-au fost destinate. In afara celor stipulate in mod expres in prezentul, aceasta garantie nu implica alte responsabilitati, in special cele referitoare la daune suferite din cauza Activitatii defectuoase. |

Lucrarile au ca obiectiv cercetarea de detaliu a zonelor conturate, prin sondaje magnetotelurice si partial profile seismice, ca posibile acumulari de hidrocarburi in capcane cantonate la nivelul formatiunii de platforma de varsta badeniana si mezozoica (Albian) sub panza pericarpatica, in limitele adancimii de 3000 – 5000 m.
Suprafata perimetrului de lucru este de cca 600 km2, numarul de probe este de 1000 probe.

The Scope of works is the detailed research of the areas outlined with magneto – telluric survey and partially by seismic profiles as possible hydrocarbon accumulations in traps located at the level of the platform of Badenian and Mezozoic age (Albian) below the Pericarpathian thrust, between 3000 –5000 m. The cumulated surface of the working perimeters is of about 600 km2, the number of samples is 1000. |
