Feng shui felsefesine göre düzenlenmiş. Genele çok koyu kahverengi ve siyah hakim.Ortada 'kafes salon', bir yanda bar, diğer yanda yerli ve yabancı onlarca çeşidi içeren bir şarap kavı, arka tarafta ise mavi renk yarı saydam bir camın ardındaki mufak görünüyor. Terasında biri bar, diğerleri restoran olarak kullanılacak dört adet dev birer kameriyeyi andıran 'kafes' var. Bu alanın 400m2'sini, taze deniz ürünleri sunabilmek için içerisinde iki dev akvaryum bulunan mutfak kaplıyor. Hakkasan'da menü; başlangıçlar, çorbalar, deniz ürünleri, ana yemekler ve tatlılardan oluşuyor. Ana yemeklerle birlikte yan lezzet olarak tercihinize göre sebze, pilav veya noodle da servis ediliyor. Altın kural 'paylaşmak'. Söylenen yemekler ortaya geliyor ve böylece herkes her yemekten tadabiliyor. Dört kişilik bir masa için önerilen en az üç başlangıç, 2-4 ana yemek, bir tabak sebze ve bir tabak noodle veya pilav. Porsiyonlar fazla büyük değil, sunumları son derece özenli ve estetik. . Arranged according to Feng shui philosophy. Very dark browns and blacks dominate the scene. There is a ‘cage saloon’ in the center, a bar on one side and on the other a wine cellar containing dozens of varieties of domestic and foreign wines, at the far side the kitchen is visible through semi transparent blue glass. On the terrace, there are four ‘cages’ each of which looks like a giant pergola, one is used as a bar and the others as restaurants. The kitchen covering 400m2 has two giant aquariums from which fresh seafood is served. The menu at Hakkasan; consists of starters, soups, seafood, main courses and deserts. Vegetables, rice or noodles can be served as side dishes according to preference. The golden rule is ‘to share’. The food ordered is placed in the centre of the table so everybody can try all the dishes. For a table of four, at least three starters, 2-4 main courses, one plate of vegetables and one plate of noodles or rice are recommended. The portions are not too large, the presentation is made with upmost care and with aesthetic appeal in mind. The lounge area at the entrance where you can spend some time and have a drink prior to your meal is the only place smoking is allowed. Heavy tobacco smell masks the delicate aroma and taste of Oriental Cuisine, so it is forbidden to smoke in the main eating area.

Bio

I am a native Turkish speaker. I worked in the textile industry as a brand manager for several years, dealing with international clients from the UK, the United States, and Canada as well as other countries using English as a common language. I worked with numerous companies throughout the UK, including Next, Karen Millen, Oasis and Quiksilver. I moved to England permanently in 2006 where I began working as a freelance translator, interpreter and language tutor with various businesses, translation companies, academic institutions, and government agencies.

Over the last 15 years, I have gained vast experience in translation and interpretation in general. Latterly, I have specialised in the fields of textiles, business, marketing, medical and pharmaceuticals. I have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the translation process. I am the first-choice Turkish linguist for many of sector-leading translation companies as well as end clients. I have now achieved Chartered status with the CIOL which guarantees the quality of my translations. I am also able to provide a certified translation of legal documents.

Several years ago, following requests from my clients, I began outsourcing work to trusted language professionals who work to and from major European and Eastern languages and acting as a project manager for the translations in these languages.
