I'ts NOT a keyboard. It's a like a rectangular box, a person sits on it and plays it like a drum but it's not a drum.
This is used in Flamenco.
I called a good sourse: A Flamenco dancer and a cajon player. She didn't know of any other name in English. She's also a Spanish interpreter.
