Norsk Termbank (NOT) was developed at the University of Bergen. The following information is available at http://spraktek.aksis.uib.no/projects/not
The Norwegian Council for Technical Terminology (Rådet for teknisk terminologi - RTT) was abolished some years ago. A large number of its dicionaries was made available on a CD-ROM. I do not know whether this is still available for purchase. I believe some of the individual dictionaries may still be available. Some information about its publications is available at http://www.rtt.org/ordb.html
Prestesæter\'s technical dictionaries No-En,En-No, De-En and En-De (Formatics technical dictionaries) are all available in electronic versions from Wordfinder (http://www.wordfinder.com/), who also provide a number of other useful specialist bilingual dictionaries for the Scandinavian languages among others.
