In a chart of various market prices for products, this is the title of one column, the next is "実際". The Rows are price breakdowns for "Direct Materials", "Direct Labor", etc. Would this be "Offer" in this case? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure what you have is a column for the values given to another party in their "response" to a quotation request and the "real" values in the other column. In my previous company where I worked in international sales, we kept these numbers even between the headquarters office and the overseas subsidiaries.
