ez a magyarban a leginkább a hájnak felel meg - hájas tészta van is, de inkább, mint kategória a sütemények között, hájas pogácsa is van, de az nem édes).
ha egy bizonyos sütemény neve ez a németben, akkor azt hiszem, legjobb meghagyni németül és zárójelben leírni a jellegét. (az nem túl informatív, ha az ember azt mondja, hogy "sütöttem egy kis napóleont" vagy akár zserbót - attól még az nincs "lefordítva"...)
