| Grazie. Sì, avevo notato anche io che dalle immagini vengono fuori i biscotti glassati. Tuttavia, avevo trovato dei libri in cui, invece, per "biscuits glacés" si intendevano dei biscotti "freddi", di gelato, perciò mi era venuto il dubbio. Grazie ancora |

| Grazie. Ecco, io forse non avevo compreso appieno il testo. Avevo capito che le creazioni che compongono l'entremets portano in un certo senso a compimento le creazioni dei pasticceri italiani di quell'epoca, quindi non avevo pensato che la lista (soufflés, crêpes, coupes, parfaits, mousses ou encore biscuits glacés) facesse riferimento all'epoca di Caterina de' Medici, ma ad oggi. Perciò non ho pensato all'invenzione del gelato, mi chiedevo solo se "biscuits glacés" fossero biscotti glassati o biscotti di gelato. Addirittura mi è venuto in mente che "biscuit" in francese è anche una sorta di pan di spagna (es. biscuit roulé). Mi sa che ho pensato troppo. |
