The attached sheet shows your pricing submitted to date. The GREY boxes are areas that have been identified as being able to be delivered by either the FM Contractor or an OEM Contractor.
Assets currently under warranty will require maintenance by the OEM for the duration of the warranty. This work is specifically excluded from the FM award but is included in the tender scope and pricing to facilitate inclusion of appropriate maintenance work into the FM vendor scope of work once the warranties expire.
