English term

"bubber" a "begger"

English to Czech Social Sciences Law (general)
He also stated he was calling males in the address "bubbers" and "beggers".

"opilec/ožrala" a "tupý žebrák"

bubber
A drunk, especially one who's fallen on hard times. A wino or junkie.

begger
"beggar" typed by a person too stupid to spell it correctly.
I told that fool to get a spell check add-on for Firefox but he wouldn't google it. He kept asking me for it over and over, "plz, plz d00d." Damn I hate beggers!
