Dutch term

zr

Dutch to English Medical Medical (general) operative report
This might be an obvious abbreviation but I can't seem to think of it or find it.
I'm translating a report about a total hip replacement.

The names of the surgeon and anesthetist are given, but for "assistant" it just says "zr"

Thanks in advance for your help!

Oh, duh! Thanks, that makes sense. freekfluweel and William posted the answer simultaneously, so I'll flip a coin later to see who gets the points ;)
Nicole Coesel Aug 1, 2014:
Zuster? It is normal for surgeons and anesthetist to be referred to by their names, however, not so for assistants, nurses, nurses aids and the like. The only thing that comes to mind here would be "zuster". Should make sense.
