what am I doing here / why am I here / etc.

This is about the 5th time we see asking about Chicago's mangled "Hunyak" script... <sigh> The entire monologue (together with its translation) is saved here under KudoZ at ProZ.com, just do a search.

'mit' = what
'keresek' = looking for, searching; broader meaning is simply 'doing'
'here' = itt

Mit *keresek* en itt = what am I doing here? Why am I here? (i.e. How did I end up here?)

Poor innocent (?) Hunyak girl (later executed) asked in Chicago, the movie. Easy to identify --- all the previous askers misspelled the original... ;^)

Here's the entire bit:
