Trados newbie needs help in New York (NYC)

Could someone in NYC within easy commute to Columbia or Manhattan help Arthur who has just installed Trados (6.5). He is a very fast learner, perfectly bilingual French - English, and generally translates in the medical field (but not exclusively).
Voluntary and/or exchange help would be preferred.
