مــقــدمــة





المنظمة العربية للمواصفات والمقاييس(*) منظمة إقليمية تضم في عضويتها الأجهزة الوطنية للمواصفات والمقاييس في الأقطار العربية، ومن مهام المنظمة إعداد مواصفات قياسية عربية بواسطة لجان فنية متخصصة أو من قبل الأمانة العامة للمنظمة أو بالتعاون مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.





لقد تم إقرار مشروع هذه المواصفة من قبل اللجنة الفنية العربية رقم (22) في اجتماعها الثالث الذي عقد في عمان بتاريخ 30-04-1985.





كما تم اعتمادها كمواصفة قياسية عربية تحت رقم 714-1986 من قبل اللجنة العامة للمنظمة بقرارها رقم 451/1986 بموجب دليل العمل الفني للمنظمة.





(*) تم دمج مهام المنظمة العربية للمواصفات والمقاييس في إطار المنظمة العربية للتنمية الصناعية والتعدين بموجب قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي رقم 1086 حيث تم إنشاء مركز المواصفات والمقاييس ضمن اختصاصات المنظمة العربية للتنمية الصناعية والتعدين.
