It happens all the time, and our duty is to learn how to use them and go on with our life. In this case, it's useless to complain or question it, unless they change prices or terms of payment. The system lets you keep client/vendor database, with contacts and rates, manage projects and assign jobs to vendors, issue invoices, track payments, store and manage project files, generate business reports on turnover profit per client/manager etc.
