I am a native French speaker who earned a master’s degree in English studies through studying at the University of Paris IV Sorbonne. I specialized in translation and my master’s thesis, dedicated to literary translation analysis, received the highest distinctions. I have also spent time abroad in English-speaking countries, including a one year stay in the UK as a French language assistant.

My passion for languages, translation and writing developed into a career when I became a freelance translator in 2009. As a member of the French Society of Translators, I am committed to carrying out my work professionally and to reproducing the message to be conveyed as faithfully as possible. Creative and detail oriented, I endeavour to retain every nuance of the original and am careful to deliver a translation that flows smoothly in the target language. My knowledge of French culture allows me to adapt content to specific audiences when necessary.
