On the other hand, the housing industry will keep its steady hand, although it is expected to grow slightly during the second half of the year. In addition, the investment in capital goods will smooth the high rates of current growth, in view of small progress of final demand.

El consumo privado se desacelerará ligeramente puesto que el aumento del empleo y las relajadas condiciones monetarias y crediticias se confrontarán a la moderación del ritmo expansivo de los salarios y las rentas familiares, que ya han acusado el impacto de la alta tasa de inflación en los últimos meses de 2004.
