Die Evaluation ist eine qualifizierte Standortbestimmung und dient als Grundlage zur gezielten Entwicklung und Förderung im Managementbereich. Sie orientiert sich am Kompetenzmodell nach den LEAD-Kriterien. Sie erhalten das Kompetenzmodell zusammen mit den Unterlagen zur Fremdeinschätzung.
Die Einschätzung, die Sie über Ihren Mitarbeiter abgeben, dient, zusätzlich zu einer Beurteilung durch zwei Gutachter, als Grundlage für die Standortbestimmung und die Festlegung von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen. Dazu werden Ihre Einschätzungen wie auch die der beiden Gutachter in einer Integrationsrunde zusammengeführt. Die beiden Gutachter treffen ihr Urteil nach der Durchführung eines Interviews sowie der Bearbeitung von Business Cases durch den Teilnehmer. Sie nehmen gemeinsam mit den beiden Gutachtern an der Integrationsrunde teil. In der Integrationsrunde werden die Ergebnisse zusammengefasst und eine gemeinsam getragene, abschließende Einschätzung abgegeben. Im Anschluss werden Entwicklungsziele definiert und verbindliche Entwicklungsmaßnahmen abgeleitet. Die Ergebnisse werden dem Teilnehmer von Ihnen in einem Rückmeldegespräch mitgeteilt. Hierzu erhalten Sie einen Leitfaden.
Auf der nächsten Seite finden Sie eine Anleitung, die Sie beim Ausfüllen der Fremdeinschätzung unterstützen wird. Im Folgenden wird vereinfachend die männliche Form verwendet. Selbstverständlich sind auch alle Teilnehmerinnen miteinbezogen.
