Tłumacz niniejszym oświadcza, że tłumaczenie zostało wykonane z dochowaniem należytej staranności i z przyjęciem odpowiedników angielskiej terminologii prawniczej najczęściej spotykanej w polskim piśmiennictwie prawno-porównawczym. Tłumacz zastrzega jednak, iż użyte pojęcia nie w pełni pokrywają się znaczeniowo, i że tłumaczenie niniejszej Umowy z języka angielskiego odbiega od przyjętych zasad kontraktowania w języku polskim. W związku z powyższym tłumaczenie stanowi tylko jedną spośród kilku poprawnych wersji interpretacyjnych. Za możliwe spory wynikłe na tle różnego rozumienia postanowień Umowy przez strony tłumacz nie ponosi odpowiedzialności.

The translator hereby announces that the translation has been compiled with due dilligence and with the usage of most commonly encountered equivalents of English legal terminology, which can be found in Polish comparative legal publications. Meanwhile, the translator reserves that the expressions used may not fully reflect the meaning of their English counterparts, and that the translation of this Agreement does not fully comply with the commonly practised principles of contract negotiations in the Polish language. Thus, the translation constitutes only one of several correct versions for possible interpretation. The translator cannot be held responsible for possible disputes whose basis would be a different understanding of the Agreement’s provisions by the parties.
