Source text - English Article (15)
Corporate establishments with limited liability owned by one natural or juridical person may be formed in the Free Zone. Any such establishment shall have a distinct legal entity and independent financial obligation and the liability of its sole owner shall be determined by its paid up capital.
Article (16)
(a) The President has the power to approve the formation and registration of the establishments mentioned in the preceding Article and to regulate all procedures and matters relating thereto.
(b) The President may issue the necessary regulations for such purpose including the imposition of charges for the formation, registration, determination of the duration period of the establishment, the rules of canceling its registration, its liquidation and other matters for its control and supervision. He may amend such regulation from time to time as he deems fit.
Article (17)
It shall be mentioned next to the name of the Establishment in all its business, contracts, advertisement, invoices, correspondence and printed materials
(a) that it is established under this Law and its liability is limited and
(b) that it is a Free Zone Establishment by adding the initials of the said expression FZE
In case of omitting to mention what is stated in a and b of this Article or either of them the owner of the Establishment shall be liable to the extent of all his assets for the obligations of the Establishment.
Article (18)
The President and the Department shall not be liable to third parties for the operations or obligations of the Establishment.
Article (19)
It shall be prohibited to bring the following goods into the Free Zone:
1. Rotten goods.
2. Goods contravening commercial, industrial, intellectual and technical property protection laws
3. Boycotted goods or goods the Government decides to boycott
4. Goods bearing writings, drawings, decoration, marks or forms contravening beliefs teaching and concepts of heavenly religions.
5. Row and prepared opium, coca leaves, Indian hemp, hashish or resin prepared from Indian hemp or from hempseed and qat leaves.
6. Military goods and ammunication except those licensed by the competent authority in the Emirate of Dubai.
Translation - French Article (15)
Des établissements de corporation à responsabilité limitée, contrôlée par une personne physique ou juridique, pourront être formés dans la zone franche. Chacun de ces établissements sera à la charge d’une personne morale distincte, et les responsabilités financières et les responsabilités de son propriétaire seront déterminées par son capital.
Article (16)
(a) Le président a la puissance d'approuver la formation et l'enregistrement des établissements mentionnés dans l'article précédent et de régler toutes les procédures et autres sujets relatif à cet effet.
(b) Le président pourra décider des règlements nécessaires pour un tel but comprenant l'imposition des frais pour la formation, l'enregistrement, la détermination de la durée de l'établissement, les règles de d’annulation de son enregistrement, de sa liquidation et d'autres sujets pour sa commande et surveillance. Il pourra modifier de tels règlements de chaque fois qu'il juge l'ajustement nécessaire.
Article (17)
Il devra être mentionné à côté du nom de l'établissement dans toutes ses affaires, contrats, publicité, factures, correspondance et matériaux imprimés
(a) Il est l'établit en vertu cette loi et sa responsabilité est limité et
(b) que c'est un établissement de zone franche en ajoutant les initiales de ladite expression FZE
En cas d'omission de mentionner ce qui est énoncé dans a et b de cet article, ou de l'une ou l'autre d’elles, le propriétaire de l'établissement sera exposé jusqu'à la hauteur de tous ses capitaux aux engagements de l'établissement.
Article (18)
Le président et le département ne devront pas être exposés aux tierces parties pour des opérations ou des engagements de l'établissement.
Article (19)
Il sera interdit d’introduire les marchandises suivantes dans la zone franche :
1. Des Marchandises putréfiées.
2. Des marchandises violant les Lois de protection de propriété commerciales, industrielles, intellectuelles et techniques
3. Des marchandises boycottées ou des marchandises dont le gouvernement a décidé de boycotter
4. Des Marchandises ayant des écritures, des schémas, la décoration, des marques ou des formes violant l'enseignement de croyance et les concepts des religions merveilleuses.
5. De l’opium cru ou transformé, des feuilles de coca, du chanvre indien, du hachish ou de la résine préparée à partir du chanvre indien ou à partir des feuilles de chènevis et de qat.
6. Des marchandises et armurerie militaires excepté ceux autorisés par l'autorité compétente dans l'Emirat de Dubaï.
