Los valores en libros de efectivo y equivalentes de efectivo, cuentas por cobrar comerciales, cuentas por cobrar no facturadas (año anterior: ingresos no facturados) y cuentas por pagar comerciales al 31 de diciembre de 2015 y al 31 de diciembre de 2014 se aproximan al valor razonable. La diferencia entre los valores en libros y los valores razonables de los depósitos bancarios, los saldos asignados a los bancos, otros activos financieros, otros pasivos financieros y los préstamos posteriormente medidos al costo amortizado no es significativa en cada uno de los períodos presentados.
Jerarquía del valor razonable

The carrying value of cash and cash equivalent, trade receivable, unbilled accounts receivable, (previous year: unbilled revenue) and trade payable as on 31st December 2015 and 31st December 2014 approximates the fair value. The difference between carrying value and fair value of bank deposits, balances allotted to banks, other financial assets and liabilities and loans subsequently measured at amortized cost is not significant in each of the presented periods.
Fair value hierarchy
The fair value hierarchy is based on entries in assessment techniques that are used to measure the fair value which are observable or non-observable and consists of the following three levels:
• Level 1: The inputs are non-adjusted quoted prices in assets markets for similar assets or liabilities.
• Level 2: The inputs are different from the quoted prices that are observable for asset or liability, either directly (i.e. like prices) or indirectly (i.e. derived from prices).
• Level 3: The entries are not based on observable market data (non-observable entries). The total or partial fair values are determined by applying assessment model that is based on suppositions that are neither supported by the current market price transactions observable in the same instrument nor are they based on available market data.
