Bio

I am a certified English/Spanish Translator since 2015


I hold a BA degree as a
Technical, Scientific and Literary Translator, and I have taken courses and seminars on medical translation. I
am also a certified member of Colegio de Traductores de la Provincia de Santa
Fe, 2.ª Circ.


Born in Argentina, I am a native Spanish speaker, but I have also
studied Spanish grammar formally for several years, which gave me a deeper
knowledge of my own language. As for English, I have advanced proficiency
and understanding of English grammar and literature as I started studying this
language when I was six years old.


Since studying is never enough, I have gained a lot of
experience translating medical and pharmaceutical texts, Clinical Protocols,
Informed Consents, Drug Inserts, Scientific Articles, etc. I translated manuals
of medical equipment and I have considerable experience in technical texts
like software manuals, owner manuals of industrial machinery, agricultural and
construction machinery.

Besides experience, I have also taken courses and seminars on medical translation:
- Update in terminology for medical translators and interpreters in 2020: seminar conducted by Pablo Mugüerza.
