(1) PUMP
Pump has the continuous function to supply coolant to the
processing machines through a piping.
The start of pump is controlled by the start button on the main panel.
(2) the vibration-isolation trestle of Pump
The vibration-isolation trestle of Pump has a role to protect the
system pump.
During the initial operation of Pump, the pressure rises
instantaneously and so severe shaking occurs, the vibration-
isolation trestle prevents the break of the coupling between the pump
and motor or prevent damage to pump.
The vibration-isolation trestle absorbs the vibration and shake freely,
the flexible joint is used for the flexible suction and discharge of the
pump.
When the Pump and piping does not fit the height, the vibration-
isolation spring can adjust the height.
(3) System head piping
System head piping has the function to supply coolant by the way that multiple pump integrate to one, In order to manage the Pump efficiently.
Since the multiple pump is operating, There is used the flexible joint to absorb the vibration of each Pump. The check valve is used to prevent the over flow of coolant in the piping. Further the safety valve is used for the purpose of protecting the system pump. For the maintenance and repair of the system, There is a drain device in order to discharge the coolant in the piping.
(4) Suction tank
Suction tank is installed for absorbing the system pump, It is always possible to start the system Pump just now, because the coolant is filled in it. In order to prevent the foreign materials from entering the side of the system pump, the
wire is attached inside the suction tank.
If the system pressure drop or the discharge rate is less, the cleaning
flange in front of the suction tank can be remove the foreign materials

(3) System head piping
System head piping 은 pump의 관리를 효율적으로 하기 위해 여러 대의 pump를 한곳으로 통합하여 coolant를 공급하는 기능을 합니다. 여러 대의 pump가 운전을 하므로 각 pump의 흔들림을 흡수하기 위한 후렉시블 조인트를 사용하며, 배관에 들어있는 coolant의 역류를 방지하기 위해 첵크 밸브를 사용합니다.
또한 system pump를 보호하기 위한 안전밸브가 있으며, system보수 및 수리 시 배관 내 coolant를 빼기 위한 drain장치가 되어있다.
(4) Suction tank
Suction tank는 system pump의 흡입을 위해 설치되는 것으로 항시 coolant가 들어 있어 system pump가동이 바로 됩니다. 또한 system pump측으로 이물질이 들어가는 것을 방지하기 위해 suction tank내부에 철망이 붙어 있습니다.
System 압력이 떨어지거나 토출량이 작으면 suction tank 앞 청소용 플랜지을 풀어 이물질을 제거하도록 되어있습니다.

In the latest collaborative study, researchers at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Tufts University and the University of Murcia in Spain, found that the time of day you eat large meals may help to predict how many pounds you drop.
In a study published in the International Journal of Obesity, the scientists monitored 420 overweight participants on a 20-week weight loss program in Spain. The volunteers were split into two groups: early-eaters and late-eaters. Since lunch is considered the largest meal in Spain–about 40% of the day’s calories are consumed in the mid-day meal–half the participants ate lunch before 3 p.m. while the remainder ate lunch after 3 p.m.
The late-eaters lost less weight overall, and shed pounds at a slower rate than those eating earlier. Those eating lunch later were more likely to skip breakfast or eat fewer calories, while the timing of breakfast and dinner didn’t influence weight loss effectiveness for either group. The researchers also considered other factors such as total caloric intake, energy expenditure, the appetite hormones leptin and ghrelin, and amount of sleep, but found they were similar in both groups.
“The timing of the main meal by itself seems to be the most determinant factor in weight loss effectiveness, and therefore eating at the right time may be a relevant factor to consider in weight loss therapies,” the authors write. They acknowledge that other factors may still explain the faster weight loss among the late eaters, such as genetics and how much each group slept on average, but the timing of the day’s largest meal was still worth considering as an important contributor to weight.
The findings support weight loss advice that suggests eating the biggest meal of the day earlier, which increases the chances that you can burn off the calories you take in. As simple as it sounds, however, changing the timing of meals may not be easy for everyone. “Some people like to exercise at four in the morning. I don’t get it, but it works for them,” says Dr. Tim Church, director of the Laboratory of Preventive Medicine at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who is unaffiliated with the study. “It’s the same thing for eating. There are certain people where certain timing and patterns work for them.”
To maintain healthy weight, it’s also important to eat when you are hungry, and not just in response to food cravings. “Hunger peaks when you expect it to peak at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cravings peak after dinner,” he says.
But eating late at night can raise body temperature as well as blood glucose and insulin levels, which disrupts the fat-burning that generally occurs during sleep. Timing meals, especially the heaviest meals, can make a difference in whether calories are processed into extra pounds or burned away.

SAN FRANCISCO — Arianna Huffington has two words of advice for women in the workplace: Lean back.
It's Huffington's addendum to Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg's refrain "Lean In," a book/organization/national dialogue with the intent of getting women to aggressively pursue success by speaking up, raising hands and not backing down.
"To effectively lean in, we must also lean back and focus on our health and wellness," says Huffington, who — like Sandberg — is advocating a new women's movement in the U.S.
The co-founder of Huffington Post says she "loves" Sandberg's book, which resonates with younger women like Huffington's college-age daughter. "It makes (younger women) ask, 'What would you do if you were not afraid?'" Huffington says. "Do not be held back by doubts that consume women more than men."
Paths to success are innovation and creativity, Huffington says. Yet often overlooked are health and stress management, which cost businesses and individuals $300 billion a year in lost productivity, she says.
"Women are redefining success, but the larger debate is about values," says Huffington, who introduced Sandberg at a Lean In book party in New York this month. "The two metrics for success now are money and power. We are calling for a third metric: well-being and wisdom."
Huffington's 200-person staff resides in a workplace where the credo of "stress less, live more" is underscored by a meditation center, yoga room and nap area.
"We want to be more successful, but that means we must also recharge and renew ourselves," she says. "Stress becomes toxic when it accumulates."
Women started the conversation on work-life balance, she says, but it's no stretch to say the movement will only work if it's for everyone.
