Source text - English PREAMBLE
WHEREAS, the Company carries out activities that aim at sale of products for health and other associated AAA trademark products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) which assortment is displayed at the corporate online shop, the Site. The Parties have agreed that the Site means all online pages that can be found online at aaa.com, aaaa.aaa.com, aaaa.aaa.com.
In order to promote Company’s Product, the Company invites self-employed entrepreneurs and/or entities that carry out activities that aim at promoting and helping selling the Products by holding Product Presentations and Presenting the Consumers the corporate advertising materials using them in any possible and legal way (hereinafter referred to as “Consulting Services”).
WHEREAS, the Partner has required opportunities and skills to promote and help selling the Products.
Given the foregoing, the Parties have agreed as follows:
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. According to the terms and conditions herein, the Partner agrees that it shall provide Consultant Services aiming at promotion of the Products without right to sale them (hereinafter referred to as “Services”), including carrying out activities aiming at capturing Consumers that wish to purchase the Products.
1.2. This Agreement shall begin on date of “Signed on” and continue for an indefinite period.
2. PARTNER’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. According to the terms and conditions herein, the Partner agrees to do as follows:
2.1.1. Search for potential Customers willing to consume Company’s Product;
2.1.2. Carry out activities aiming at purchasing the Product by the Customers, as well as presenting the Consumers all information regarding:
a) Purchasing Company’s Products;
b) Placing the order of Company’s Products;
c) Receiving Company’s Products;
d) Payment and other information that is necessary for due performance of obligations arising from purchasing of the Company’s Products.
2.1.3. Should the Customer purchase the Company’s Products, the Partner shall inform the Customer that their personal data shall be added to the corporate data base, MyOffice (hereinafter referred to as the “Database”), and agrees that it shall not disclose Customers’ personal data for any third parties while fulfilling obligations upon this Agreement.

Şirket, sağlık ürünleri ve diğer ilgili AAA ticari markalı ürünlerin (bundan böyle "Ürünler" olarak anılacaktır) satışını amaçlayan faaliyetler yürütür ve bu ürün çeşitleri kurumsal çevrimiçi mağazada, yani Site'de sergilenir. Taraflar, Sitenin aaa.com, aaaa.aaa.com, aaaa.aaa.com adreslerinde çevrimiçi olarak bulunabilecek tüm çevrimiçi sayfalar anlamına geldiğini kabul etmişlerdir.
Şirket, Şirketin Ürününü tanıtmak için, Ürün Sunumları düzenleyerek ve bunları kullanarak mümkün ve yasal her türlü kurumsal yolla reklam materyallerini Tüketicilere sunarak Ürünlerin tanıtımına ve satışına yardımcı olmayı amaçlayan faaliyetler yürüten serbest meslek sahibi girişimcileri ve/veya kuruluşları davet eder (bundan böyle "Danışmanlık Hizmetleri" olarak anılacaktır).
Ortak, Ürünleri tanıtmak ve satmaya yardımcı olmak için gerekli imkanlara ve becerilere sahiptir.
Yukarıdakiler göz önüne alındığında, Taraflar aşağıdaki şekilde anlaşmışlardır:
1. SÖZLEŞMENİN KONUSU
1.1. Ortak, buradaki hüküm ve koşullara uygun olarak, Ürünleri satın almak isteyen Tüketicileri cezbetmeye yönelik faaliyetler de dahil olmak üzere, Ürünleri satma hakkı olmaksızın Ürünlerin tanıtımını amaçlayan Danışmanlık Hizmetleri sunacağını kabul eder (bundan böyle "Hizmetler" olarak anılacaktır).
1.2. Bu Sözleşme "İmzalandığı" tarihte başlayacak ve belirsiz süreyle devam edecektir.
2. ORTAĞIN HAKLARI VE SORUMLULUKLARI
2.1. Ortak, buradaki hüküm ve koşullara göre aşağıdakileri yapmayı kabul eder:
2.1.1. Şirketin Ürününü tüketmeye istekli potansiyel Müşteriler aramak;
2.1.2. Ürünü Müşteriler tarafından satın alınmasına yönelik faaliyetler gerçekleştirmenin yanı sıra Tüketicilere aşağıdakilerle ilgili tüm bilgileri sunmak:
a) Şirketin Ürünlerini satın alma;
b) Şirketin Ürünlerinin siparişini verme;
c) Şirketin Ürünlerini teslim alma;
d) Şirketin Ürünlerinin satın alınmasından kaynaklanan yükümlülüklerin gereği gibi ifası için gerekli olan ödeme bilgileri ve diğer bilgiler.
2.1.3. Müşterinin Şirketin Ürünlerini satın alması durumunda Ortak, Müşterinin kişisel verilerinin MyOffice isimli (bundan böyle "Veri Tabanı" olarak anılacaktır) kurumsal veri tabanına ekleneceğini Müşteriye bildirecektir ve bu Sözleşmedeki yükümlülükleri yerine getirirken herhangi bir üçüncü şahsa Müşterilerin kişisel verilerini ifşa etmemeyi kabul eder.
