1.Wineshop D. R. N. V.O.F. at Leiden, hereinafter to be called the employer,
and
2. J. Brown residing in Rotterdam, born in 1998, hereinafter to be called the employee,
agree to the following:
Article 1
As of 2 February 2012, the employee will enter into the service of the employer as a whiskey and wine taster.
Article 2
The contract is valid on the understanding that the terms of employment end without notice when the employee reaches the retirement age as laid down in the ‘AOW’( General Old Age Pension Act), or at any other time when the employer deems this necessary.
Article 3
Although the terms under the current collective labour agreement apply, the employee waives all rights as laid down in the collective labour agreement.
Article 4
The employee commits himself, depending on the circumstances, to carry out all tasks given within reason by or on behalf of the employer from 6.00 AM until 6.00 PM.
Article 5
The employee shall receive a gross monthly salary of €300.00 without prejudice to
legal or periodic increases. In addition to this, the employer shall provide the
employee with two bottles of red wine and one bottle of whiskey as wages in kind. The vacation allowance amounts to 2 % of the annual salary. The vacation allowance is accumulated in proportion to the employment period starting from 1 June until 31 May.
Article 6
The employee is entitled to 2 days of holiday per calendar year. These days are
accumulated in proportion to the annual employment period.
This employment agreement is made in Leiden, on 25 January 2012.

hierna te noemen werkgever,
en

hierna te noemen werknemer,
komen als volgt overeen:
Artikel 1
De werknemer treedt met ingang van 2 februari 2012 bij de
werkgever in dienst in de functie van Whisky- en wijnproever.
Artikel 2
De arbeidsovereenkomst wordt aangegaan voor onbepaalde tijd met dien verstande dat de dienstbetrekking in ieder geval eindigt zonder dat opzegging is vereist bij het bereiken van de AOW-gerechtigde leeftijd door de werknemer of op enig ander moment dat de werkgever dit wenselijk acht.
Artikel 3
Hoewel op deze arbeidsovereenkomst van toepassing is de thans geldende CAO, doet werknemer afstand van alle rechten vastgelegd in de CAO.
Artikel 4
De werknemer verplicht zich in voorkomende gevallen alle door of namens de werkgever in redelijkheid op te dragen werkzaamheden te verrichten van 06.00 uur ’s morgens tot 18.00 uur ’s avonds.
Artikel 5
De werknemer ontvangt een brutosalaris van € 300.00 per maand, onverminderd wettelijke of periodieke verhogingen. Daarnaast zal werkgever aan werknemer twee flessen rode wijn en één fles whisky als loon in natura betalen. De vakantietoeslag bedraagt 2 % per jaar over het jaarsalaris. Het recht op vakantietoeslag wordt opgebouwd naar evenredigheid van de duur van het dienstverband in de periode van
1 juni tot en met 31 mei.
Artikel 6
De werknemer heeft recht op 2 vakantiedagen per kalenderjaar. Deze
vakantierechten worden opgebouwd naar evenredigheid van de duur van het
dienstverband gedurende het kalenderjaar.
De overeenkomst is opgemaakt te Leiden datum 25 januari 2012 .
