Contractantul va propune şi implementa un sistem de informare a pasagerilor prin care se vor afişa informaţii şi se vor face anunţuri automate despre staţii în raport cu poziţia curentă a tramvaiului.
Pasagerii vor fi informaţi permanent despre poziţia tramvaiului şi despre staţia următoare, prin mesaje vocale şi vizuale.
Un dispozitiv de anunţare digital, controlat prin sistemul de comandă, va furniza anunţuri automate despre numele staţiilor următoare prin sistemul intercom.
Sistemul de informare a pasagerilor, cu comandă cu microprocesor şi distribuit în tot tramvaiul, poate include, în viitor, conectivitate GPS, comanda validatoarelor de bilete şi al dispozitivelor de vânzare şi validare a biletelor.
Componentele defecte se pot schimba uşor şi repede.
11.7.1. Informaţii exterioare
Noile tramvaie vor fi dotate cu afişaje alfanumerice pentru informarea pasagerilor, după cum urmează:
numărul liniei (2 numere);
destinaţia (max.
20 caractere şi/sau numere);
alte informaţii sub formă de text şi/sau numere care se schimbă.
Sistemul va avea patru afişaje:
{1}în faţă - numărul liniei şi destinaţia;
pe dreapta - 2 afişaje cu numărul liniei şi destinaţia;
în spate - numărul liniei.
Caracterele vor putea fi citite chiar şi în lumina directă a soarelui.
Toate panourile cu informaţii exterioare vor prezenta datele în culoarea galbenă, pe fond negru.
Contractantul poate propune beneficiarului, spre aprobare, o soluţie diferită.
Textele afişate în limba română vor fi asigurate de beneficiar.
11.7.2.Informaţii vizuale interioare pentru pasageri
Sistemul va consta din două afişaje plasate în zona plafonului din compartimentul pasagerilor (unul în spatele cabinei vatmanului şi celalalt în poziţie corespunzătoare din zona pasagerilor).
Afişajele oferă pasagerilor următoarele informaţii:
data;
ora;
următoarele trei staţii;
semnal de oprire la cerere (după apăsarea pe un buton de oprire);
numărul liniei;
staţia terminus;
semnale obligatorii:
atenţionări;
avertizări;
instrucţiuni în caz de urgenţă.
Două monitoare LCD dispuse unul în faţă altul la mijloc, prin care se pot transmite informaţii, spoturi publicitare sau de interes comun.
Configuraţia semnalelor şi textele afişate în româneşte vor fi asigurate de beneficiar 11.7.3,Informaţii audio interioare pentru pasageri
Tramvaiul va avea un sistem intercom, cu difuzoare instalate în partea interioară a tramvaiului.
Un sistem audio cu eficienţă de funcţionare în tramvai demonstrată, va fi instalat şi testat conform standardelor europene aplicabile şi după aprobarea de la beneficiar.
Volumul va fi reglat automat, în funcţie de nivelul mediu al zgomotului.
Un număr suficient de difuzoare vor fi instalate în compartimentele pasagerilor şi în zona uşilor, pentru a se asigura că pasagerul aşezat sau aflat în picioare, în orice parte a tramvaiului, va auzi anunţurile.
Sistemul trebuie să comunice pasagerilor mesaje sonore.
El constă din:
difuzoare suficiente în compartimentul pasagerilor şi în zona uşilor;
un microfon instalat în cabina vatmanului;
echipament de redare a anunţurilor;
unitate de procesare.

11.7.4.Anunţuri vocale exterioare
Sistemul de informare a pasagerilor cu comandă cu microprocesor va fi conectat şi la difuzoare exterioare.
Un microfon din cabina vatmanului va fi conectat la controler şi activat când vatmanul apasă un buton special.
Sistemul trebuie să transmită mesaje sonore în exteriorul tramvaiului, prin 4 difuzoare exterioare aflate pe partea lui dreaptă.
11,8.Sistemul uşilor
Tramvaiul va fi echipat cu un număr de 3 uşi pe partea dreaptă.
înseamnă că pentru maximum 18 pasageri e disponibilă o uşă pentru a se reduce timpul de evacuare la sub un minut, în caz de urgenţă.
Din cauza cerinţei de capacitate de 100 de pasageri, trebuie să fie disponibile cel puţin 3 uşi.
Uşile vor avea două aripi şi vor fi culisante.
Aripa primei uşi din faţă se va deschide şi închide electronic, separat de aripa cealaltă, pentru a veni în sprijinul persoanelor cu mobilitate redusă, dacă acestea cer ajutor apăsând butonul special.
Toate uşile se vor deschide mai întâi spre exterior (lateral), apoi vor culisa (longitudinal) de-a lungul peretelui exterior al tramvaiului, conform standardelor EN 14752.
Uşile vor fi uşoare, dar suficient de rezistente pentru a suporta acţiuni violente.
Sistemul de siguranţă de la nivelul podelei va împiedica mişcarea lor din cauza mişcării tramvaiului sau din cauza vântului.

Vatmanul va fi informat de defecţiune şi va trebui să ia măsuri adecvate, de exemplu, să închidă uşile mecanic.
Vor trebui detectate obstacolele conform standardului EN 14752.
Uşa nu se va bloca dacă obstacolul detectat este blocat între aripile ei.

Contractor shall propose and implement a passenger information system through which will be displayed information and automatic announcements will be made related to stations in report to the current position of the tram.
Passengers will permanently be informed about the position of the tram and the next station, through vocal and visual messages.
A digital announcement device, controlled through command system, shall supply automated announcements about the name of next stations through intercom system.
Passenger information system, with microprocessor command and distributed in the whole tram, can include, in the future, GPS connectivity, ticket validator command and selling and validation ticket devices.

11.7.1 Exterior information
New trams shall be equipped with alphanumeric display for passenger information, as follows:
Line number (2 numbers):
Destination (max.
20 characters and/or numbers);
Other information in the form of a text and/or numbers which change
System shall have four displays;

Behind- line number.
Characters can be read even in direct sun light.

11.7.2 Visual interior information for passenger
System shall consist from two placed displays in the area of ceiling from passenger compartment (one behind the driver's cabin and the other one in corresponding position from passenger area).
Display offers passengers the following information:
Date;
Hour;
Next three stations;
Stopping signal at request (after pushing a stop button);
Line number;
Terminal station;
Mandatory signals;
Warnings;
Warnings;
Emergency instructions;
Two LCD monitors disposed one in front of the other one in the middle, through which can be transmitted information, advertising or common interest.
Configuration of signals and displayed text in Romanian shall be insured by beneficiary 11.7.3, interior audio information for passengers.
Tram shall have an intercom system, with speakers installed in the interior part of the tram.
An audio system with functioning efficiency in the tram demonstrated shall be installed and tested according to applicable European standards and after approval from beneficiary.
Volume shall be adjusted automatically, according to noise environment level.
Number of speakers shall be installed in passenger compartment and doors area, for ensuring that seated passenger or the one standing, in any part of the tram can hear the announcements.
System must communicate to passengers sound messages.
It consists of:
Sufficient speakers in passenger compartment and doors area;
A microphone installed in drivers cabin;
Playback equipment;
Processing unit.
{1} Also, passenger information system, with microprocessor command and distributed in the whole tram, shall have capacity to use different sources with files of sound, on diverse areas, generated by a corresponding software in the area Microsoft®Office IT and stored in playback equipment.
Vocal registration in Romanian language shall be ensured by beneficiary, in close collaboration with Contractor.
11.7.4 Exterior vocal announcement
Passenger information system with microprocessor command should be connected to exterior speakers.
A microphone from driver's cabin shall be connected to a controller and activated when driver pushes a special button.
System must transmit sound messages in the exterior of the tram, through four exterior speakers placed on its right side.
11.8 Doors system
Tram shall be equipped with a number of 3 doors on the right side.
meaning that for maximum of 18 passengers is available a door to reduce evacuation time to under a minute, in case of emergency.
Because of capacity request of 100 passengers, must be available at least 3 doors.
Door shall have 2 wings and they will slide.
Wing of the first door from the front closes electronically, separately from the other wing, to be for the support of people with reduced mobility, if they request help pressing the special button.
All doors shall be opened first towards the exterior (lateral), and then they will slide (longitudinally) along the exterior wall of the tram, according to EN 14752 standards.
Doors shall be of reduced weight, but sufficiently resistant to support violent actions.
Safety system at the level of the floor shall prevent their movement because of movement of the tram or because of the wind.
Doors and their frame will be padded to be sealed when the tram is washed and for all specified speeds in the case of most unfavorable combination of weather conditions.
Doors shall be so disposed to reduce the minimum time of stationing between stations, required for passengers to be descent or ascend.
Contractor shall propose configurations which offer the best conditions for station time in stations and transport capacity, respecting all requests.
It shall be given attention for passenger evacuation in case of emergency.
{1}Doors shall be enough robust to avoid perturbation during operation, for example, passengers who lean on them.
Contractor shall present all test data in written proof for fulfillment of all standards.
Contractor must specify main technical data of doors and source data of these.
11.8.1 Detecting obstacles
Doors will be with electric action, powered with 24 V c.c. and equipped with an anti-blocking protection system, as it can be seen below.
For preventing introducing fingers between wings of doors, shall be mounted rubber protection with a blast of air.
For closing force, shall we taking into consideration the dynamic component.
Are defined and measured tolerance maximum data, according to EN 14752. In case in which is detected an obstacle or maximum closing force is exceeded, both wings of the door must be closed.
After three failed trials to close the door, it shall remain stuck in open position.
Tram driver shall be informed by default and shall take adequate measures, for example, to close doors mechanically.
Should be detected obstacles according to standard EN 14752.
Door is not blocked if detected obstacle is blocked between their wings.
Edges of the doors shall be provided with flexible rubber profiles to prevent injuring of passengers.
Main sealing gasket, from rubber, shall ensure sufficient compression so that small objects, such as clothing, can be pulled through a closed door and not to be detected as obstacles.
Secondary gasket cannot allow intrusion of dust or water.
Gaskets can be changed separately. In any moment, must be a continuously equilibrium of pressures.
All other gaskets shall ensure perfect closing of doors, without spacing between doors and exterior walls.
With closed doors, maximum admitted tolerance between lateral wall and wings of doors is of 0 ± 1 mm in all load conditions.

INTENDED USE / INDICATIONS
The latex foley catheter enters the bladder through the urethra to urinate during catheterization, or is used to inject fluid into the bladder. Urology, internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology apply it to urination and medication. It is also used for patients with limited mobility or the bedridden.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Inflow into or around the catheter

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Fully lubricate the tip and shaft of the catheter. Do not use petroleum-based ointments and lubricants.
Carefully insert the tip of the catheter into the bladder (usually indicated by the amount of urine), and then insert another depth of 3 cm to ensure that the airbag is also in the bladder.
Inflate the airbag with the syringe set. Mark the recommended amount on the catheter funnel.
When deflating, cut off the inflatable funnel above the valve, or push into the valve with a needle-free syringe for drainage.
The catheter shall not stay in the human body for more than 14 days.
