Source text - English Villa Caruso is a large, modern, contemporary, 3 bedroom villa situated on the Eastern bank of Lago Maggiore, with stunning views across the lake. Set in a quiet hamlet, this luxury holiday home sleeps 6-8 and is set over 3 floors.
The villa is located within a 5 minute drive of the lakeside and only 3 miles north of the bustling lakeside town of Luino with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Less than 5 miles from the Swiss border, the villa also provides easy access to
the Swiss towns of Lugano and Locarno. Lake Como is a one hour drive and trains run direct from Luino to Milan in an hour.
You enter the property on the ground floor where there is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This leads out onto a teak decked terrace with stunning lake views. The property is south westerly facing and enjoys the sunshine throughout the day. Up one flight of stairs, there are 2 bedrooms - one double bedroom with private balcony with lake view and one twin bedroom with views to the countryside - as well as a modern family bathroom. Up another flight of stairs there is the fantastic master bedroom with kingsize bed. This has a large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, his and her sinks and jacuzzi bath.
If You Cancel Your Holiday
To cancel the entire holiday, the Party Leader must write to us directly, by recorded delivery at the address on your booking
confirmation. Cancellation takes effect on the day we receive your letter. If you cancel after you confirm your booking, you must compensate us for losses as we incur costs from the moment you make the booking. The closer your cancellation is to the departure date, the less likely we are to recover the costs by re-selling the holiday at the original price. Our cancellation charge therefore increases as the departure date approaches, as shown below.
If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, any losses must be claimed directly from the relevant insurance company. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.

If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday
It is highly unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your confirmed arrangements or cancel them. In the event of
minor alterations we will do our best to notify you before you travel. If a significant change or cancellation has to be made to your holiday arrangements, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may then: a) accept the changed arrangements; b) accept an offer of alternative accommodation of comparable standard from us; c) cancel your booking completely, in which
case we will refund you all monies paid by you.

La villa si trova a soli 5 minuti di macchina dal lago e a sole 3 miglia a nord della vivace cittadina lacustre di Luino che offre un’ampia scelta di negozi, bar e ristoranti. A meno di 5 miglia dal confine svizzero, la villa offre anche un ottimo punto di partenza per le città svizzere di Lugano e Locarno. Il Lago di Como è a un'ora di auto e ci sono treni diretti che, da Luino, raggiungono Milano in un'ora.
Si accede alla proprietà dal piano terra, dove si trovano un ampio soggiorno a pianta aperta, la zona pranzo e la cucina. Questa conduce all'esterno a una terrazza rivestita in teak con splendida vista sul lago. La proprietà è rivolta verso sud-ovest e gode del sole per tutto il giorno. In cima alla prima rampa di scale, si trovano 2 camere - una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone privato e vista sul lago, e una camera doppia con vista sulla campagna - e un moderno bagno familiare. Dopo un'altra rampa di scale troviamo la fantastica camera da letto principale con letto king size. Questa ha un grande bagno privato con cabina doccia, lavabi lui e lei e vasca idromassaggio.
In caso di annullamento della vacanza
Per cancellare l'intera vacanza, il referente del gruppo deve scriverci direttamente a mezzo raccomandata all'indirizzo presente sulla conferma della prenotazione. La cancellazione ha effetto dal giorno di ricevimento della vostra lettera. Se si annulla dopo la conferma della prenotazione, dovremo chiedervi un rimborso a nostro favore per compensare le spese sostenute da quando avete effettuato la prenotazione. Più la cancellazione sarà vicina alla data di partenza, minori saranno per noi le probabilità di recuperare le spese rivendendo la vacanza al prezzo originario. Pertanto, l'addebito del costo per la cancellazione aumenta mano a mano che si avvicina la data di partenza, come di seguito illustrato.
Se dovete annullare per un motivo coperto dalla vostra polizza di assicurazione, il rimborso dovrà essere richiesto direttamente alla compagnia assicurativa prescelta. Le richieste dovranno essere inoltrate direttamente alla compagnia assicurativa.

È davvero improbabile che sia necessario apportare modifiche ai nostri accordi dopo la conferma o che sia necessaria una cancellazione da parte nostra. In caso di lievi modifiche faremo del nostro meglio per informarvi prima del viaggio. Se invece dovessero essere necessarie modifiche significative degli accordi per il vostro soggiorno o la cancellazione della vostra vacanza, vi sarà comunicato al più presto. In tal caso sarà possibile: a) accettare le modifiche; b) accettare una nostra offerta per una sistemazione alternativa di livello equivalente; c) annullare completamente la prenotazione, nel qual caso sarete interamente rimborsati.
