Source text - German 1. Vertragsgegenstand
1.1. Die VG überträgt dem VN den Vertrieb der in Punkt 11 genannten Produkte („Vertragsprodukte“) für den Standort und das Vertragsgebiet … mit den Postleitzahlen beginnend … und .. entsprechend den Bedingungen dieses Vertrages.
1.2. Dieser Vertrag erstreckt sich nicht auf andere Produkte, die die VG derzeit oder künftig herstellt oder vertreibt.
1.3. Der VN kauft von VG die Vertragsprodukte und vertreibt die Vertragsprodukte im eigenen Namen und auf eigene Rechnung als selbständiger Händler. Der VN ist nicht ermächtigt oder bevollmächtigt, im Namen der VG zu handeln.
1.4. Eine einmalige Eintrittsgebühr von € 10.000,--/Standort ist mit einer Frist von 7 Tagen nach Vertragsunterzeichnung auf das Konto von VG zu entrichten.
1.5. Für diese Eintrittsgebühr erhält VN eine Gutschrift € 2400,--.
1.6. Das Beiblatt „Leistungen“ ist integrierter Bestandteil des Vertrages.

Vertragsdauer
2.1 Dieser Vertrag wird auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen und tritt am 00.00.2012 mit Unterfertigung durch beide Vertragspartner in Kraft. Jeder Vertragspartner kann diesen Vertrag ohne Bekanntgabe von Gründen zu einem jeden Monatsletzten mittels eingeschriebenen Briefes aufkündigen. Es gilt das Datum des Postaufgabestempels.
2..2. Die VG ist unter Außerachtlassung der Punkte 2.1. und 2.2. jedoch berechtigt den Vertrag unverzüglich aufzukündigen, wenn der VN die in Punkt 10. ausdrücklich vereinbarten Mindestmengen von der VG nicht abnimmt.

1.4. A one-off start-up fee of EUR 10,000 per location shall be payable within seven days of signing this agreement and transferred to the Principal's bank account.
1.5. In return for this start-up fee, the Contractor shall receive a credit of EUR 2,400.
1.6. The attachment "Services" forms an integral part of this agreement.
2.
Term of the agreement
2.1 This agreement shall run for an indefinite period and become effective on 00 xx 2012 with the signature of both contracting parties.
Both contracting partners may terminate this agreement without stating cause effective the last day of each month by means of recorded mail. The date of the postage stamp shall be the effective date.
2..2. The Principal shall, however, have the right – notwithstanding Sections 2.1 and 2.2 – to terminate the agreement without further notice if the Contractor does not purchase the minimum quantity explicitly stipulated in Section 10 from the Principal.
