I am a junior (with senior class standing) at my university studying Italian and Linguistics. I have made language the main focus of my studies, running Italian conversation circles outside of class. Besides this, I have a strong interest in social justice. I wrote a linguistics paper about nonbinary genders and their erasure in society, and I hope to write more similar work in the future. My other interests include listening to and writing music, and producing music is my hobby.
