Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general) / Medical report - hospital admission
Spanish term or phrase: Ingreso en MI y FHA Febrero 2016 por infección respiratoria + 1C.
This is taken from an admission report for a patient, and the sentence appears in the patient history section. I'm not sure what 'FHA' or '+ 1C' mean. I believe FHA may be the name of the hospital, and + 1C may mean 'class 1'. So far, I have 'Admitted to the Internal Medicine Department and XXX and in February 2016 for a respiratory infection XXX'.

These will enable us to assess swallowing apraxia, oral debris, cough or hoarseness, reduced laryngeal elevation, “wet voice” or repeated swallows for the same bolus (indirect dysphagia data with high risk of aspiration) (1C).

Note to reference poster
Asker: Thanks Cecilia, I'm not sure as the '1C' given in those reference texts is related to table 2 of the study which classifies the quality of evidence (Table 2. Grading of the Quality of Evidence and Strength of Recommendations According to the GRADE System'). Could that be applied to a finding given in a patient's medical history?
