agree  Katalin Horváth McClure: custom = customized, vagyis egyedi igényekre/célra kidolgozott/átdolgozott szoftver. Egyik ismerősöm cégénél ezt hívják úgy, hogy "ügyfeles programok". Ez utóbbit csak érdekességképpen mondom, nem ajánlom, mint megoldást.

Explanation:
Bár a 'custom' fordítása számítástechnikában leggyakrabban 'egyedi', 'egyéni', esetleg 'testre szabott', ebben a szövegösszefüggésben a custom code: saját kód, custom module: saját modul, stb. Tehát az 'EBS custom code' az (Oracle) EBS (cég) saját kódja. Az 'egyedi' itt azért sem jó, mert van olyan is pl. hogy 'custom unique' module, ami saját egyedi modul. HTML esetén pedig a 'code' magyarul 'forráskód'.

neutral  Katalin Horváth McClure: Szerintem az EBS custom code nem az "Oracle cég saját kódja" (az EBS az Oracle terméke, tehát alaphelyzetben a saját kódja), hanem az EBS-szel API-kon keresztül kommunikáló (az EBS-szel így integrált), külső (felhasználói oldali) fejlesztésű szoftver.
