English translation:will be supplied directly by a third party
Explanation:
The way I interpret this is that party A (for example a retailer) sells something to the buyer but another party B (for example the manufacturer) will send it to him directly (i.e., it will not be delivered by party A).

unexpectedly [supplied by] a third party

Explanation:
As a literal translation, but you would probably want to word this differently. IMO the gist is that the purchaser cannot insist on having the purchased goods supplied directly by the seller, which might even extend as far as substituting equivalent goods.

for the sake of formality, make that ...[supplied] by...

'without prior notice' might also be applicable here -- let's see what the experts say

agree  Dave Calderhead: I believe this what is meant, as is the case where internet shops, for example, offer goods for sale, but pass their customers' orders to the brand supplier, which will then fulfil the order by delivering the goods concerned directly to the customers.

  -> Thank you Dave.

agree  Arsen Nazarian: Most probably. Can also mean "single delivery" or a combination of both, depending on further context.
2 hrs
  -> I think the word 'ineens' is used by mistake here. Looking at the combination 'ineens van', I think what they mean is 'rechtstreeks'.

agree  Meturgan: With Sevan: rechtstreeks

by third parties as a single delivery

Explanation:

I see only the following two interpretations as feasible:

1. the goods sold will be supplied to him BY THIRD PARTIES AS A SINGLE DELIVERY..
2. the goods sold will SUDDENLY be supplied BY THIRD PARTIES to him

neutral  writeaway: have you ever seen a contract stipulating "SUDDEN" delivery?
1 hr
  -> No I have not. But here you can only guess what is meant.

ineens
the whole

Explanation:
The seller actually stipulated that he may have an alternative manner of delivering the goods. Instead of directly by him he may arrange for third parties to effect the delivery in whole. For instance, in case of a lack of stocks.
That is why the buyer was assured of a set price.
'ineens' in the given context suggests the contrary of 'part deliveries'.
According to Van Dale 'ineens' means 'in one go' or 'suddenly'.
Most probably, the term gets an additional meaning in Flemish.

Example sentence(s):
  • The buyer shall accept that the whole of the sold goods will be delivered by third parties.
