agree  Dave Calderhead: I believe this what is meant, as is the case where internet shops, for example, offer goods for sale, but pass their customers' orders to the brand supplier, which will then fulfil the order by delivering the goods concerned directly to the customers.

According to Van Dale 'ineens' means 'in one go' or 'suddenly'.
Most probably, the term gets an additional meaning in Flemish.
