Cannot export TM or glossary from Wordfast 3

Hello,

I am upgrading to Wordfast 5. However, I cannot export my Wordfast 3 TMs or glossaries - when I
follow the instructions from Wordfast and access my TM List, the 'Export' button does not function/
respond. Same for glossaries.
I would greatly appreciate any advice. I have also contacted Wordfast support.

Found the answer Sep 9, 2019

Meanwhile I got the answer from Wordfast support; it had to do with how I was accessing the TM list.
