I am looking for lists of food additives (E-numbers) in different languages, but not the EU languages (which are already present at www.fooddictionary.eu), such as Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Chinese, Albanian, Hebrew etc...
Any suggestions ?

There are some translations, but the lists are not complete. Only a few wikis are complete, and those are the EU languages. The best data are from the official EU documents and those were the sources for www.fooddictionary.eu. But I would presume that in other national food laws there are similar lists. But how to get those ?

INS Numbers

In Brazil, the food manufacturers use INS numbers, which are exactly the same as E-numbers. So E-102 (tartrazine) is INS-102, E-621 (monosodium glutamate) is INS-621, and so on.

E numbers are codes for substances that are permitted to be used as food additives for use within the European Union. The "E" stands for Europe,commonly found on food labes,such as E418 gellan gum which is made from fermentation with a natural culture.
