What does a shared copyright article look like

According to the ProZ Translation Article Knowledgebase FAQ,

"Authors may select one of two copyright options. If an author opts to assign ProZ.com shared copyright--and retain the right to publish elsewhere--we offer attribution and a link. If an author assigns copyright to ProZ.com--retaining the right only to publish the article on his/her own site--we offer a full promotional package that includes:

If one opts for a shared copyright, how would the corresponding article appear? What would the attribution be and where would the link appear? Would a platinum member receive any special treatment in case of a shared copyright, as is the case with an assignment of copyright to ProZ?
