I had my computer formatted and need to reactivate the Trados freelance 2019 license. I got as far as the page where one must fill the license code - which I have - but also an "INSTALLATION ID". Where to find this ID???
The green line "can't activate online?" sends me to this screen where they require this INSTALLATION ID - which I can't find. Can anyone help?

Hi Mauro,

Not sure to know what an installation ID is, but I am quite sure you'll get all the info for licence activation/installation in your SDL account page.
