Translation Count in SDL 2017 works! Oct 3, 2017

Works in SDL 2017 as well and so helpful as I have a client whose platform won't accept files unless they show 100% translated!

Solved from batch tasks Dec 18, 2017

I solved it by updating the TM from batch tasks.

This also solved teh issue of getting quickplace greyed and all target segments red underlined.
