Hi, Anna

Thanks for bringing this up.

Contest winners were announced, along with an explanation on why in certain language pairs winners could not be selected, on the https://www.proz.com/forum/prozcom_translation_contests/343028-announcing_the_winners_for_bon_voyage_"stories_about_travel".html .I will make a point to notify users by email as well, if that works best, so that everyone gets to see this information. Of course, I really appreciate the effort involved in participating in ProZ.com translation contests, so your feedback on this will be taken into account.

Have a nice day!

At least in the language "into German", this is the third contest in a row that has been closed without chosing a winner.

Winners are selected when a minimum voting ratio is reached Apr 21, 2020

At least in the language "into German", this is the third contest in a row that has been closed without chosing a winner.

Hi, Erik.

Winners are selected in each language pair when a minimum voting ratio is reached. This ratio depends on how many entries were on finals, and how many users voted, on each specific language pair. It is also automatically calculated by the contest system.

So, what happened on this language pair in the last contests is that the translations did not receive enough votes for a winner to be selected.

I assure you that ProZ.com staff works very hard to try to get all language pairs to reach this minimun voting ratio, and we will continue to do so.

Have a nice day!
