The lowest rate possible

Offering the lowest rate possible brings my competitors a lot of projects, most of which go from India based agencies... They translate 7000 words a day and seem to be quite happy with their 0.01-0.02 USD / word rate. As for me, it's mostly answering to e-mails, when a client finds me in a directory.
