automatic conversion of units in memoQ : inches to cm

How can I make memoQ to convert inches to centimetres automatically ?

I know it is done from Auto-translation rules, but I could not find an step-by-step method for doing it.

Note that I don't know how to construct regex expressions, if that is the point involved.

You will probably need to use regular expressions, they are not that complicated.
