Zákon o znalcích a tlumočnících - novela pohřbena?

Už delší dobu se připravuje novela Zákona o znalcích a tlumočnících. Zhruba 10.8.2009 jsem ve zprávách v televizi letmo zaslechl, že novela byla pohřbena v parlamentu. Ministryně (nevím čeho) říkala že zákon nebyl dobře připraven.

Pochopil jsem to správně? Nebude tedy povinné pojištění odpovědnosti za škodu pro soudní tlumočníky od 1. 1. 2010?
