Ysun is right, this is indeed a recurring question and OP here is excellent reminder to us all. Should similar situation arise in the future, OP should also consider charging for a higher target rate - I always do - just to cover the potential 10% loss (give or take) that Mr. Sun has mentioned in this post.

There's no absolute, of course.
