Hi,
These shortcuts don't work in Translation workspace. How do you make them work?

Don't use TWS

Those shortcuts only work randomly without any clear pattern. TWS Xliff Editor is extremely out of date. The best choise would be rejecting Xliff Editor jobs. This will never change as long as translators accept their miserable software.

They work for me. Remember, you can only edit a segment if you've "opened" it.

Strange

I don't know this program and can't help, but I am posting for tabs and posterity.
I've been having an issue with Ctrl X and Ctrl V lately, only on MemoQ 2013 (off-line) with Win10. But sometimes it works. Copy-paste always works. Cut-paste works in every other program.
No idea what causes this behaviour, so I'll keep an eye on this discussion.
Philippe

TWS XLIFF Editor is known for this issue
May 26, 2020
It happens to TWS XLIFF Editor from time to time. I tryied re-logging / re-installing / re-smth else — to no avail. One day I just stopped translating, left my PC on, and went for a walk. When I returned to work, the shortcuts recovered without any intervention. I reported it to my project manager and they confirmed they sometimes expereinced the same issue. Just flawed software.

Problem solved

Hi all, Thanks for the answers! Yeah, I think they need to create Mac OS version of Translation workspace which will work without errors. What solved my problem: I installed it on another Windows OS, not the same Windows OS.

I found that Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V stop to work after you connect to online TM. That means that something in this connection makes them not usable. I tried to disconnect from online TM and then connect again. This solves problem

After I disconnected and re-connected a TM and it worked for me either. Loads of thanks!
