Disabled TM-Town, can't re-enable

yesterday I did not need the TM-town lookups so I disabled them. Today I went to the the settings to re-enable it, but after checking the TM-Town check-box the OK button is not responding. Clicking it has no effect. I can only click the X in the corner to close the window, but this does not enable TM-town. What can I do?

Hi Piotr,

I have just checked enabling and disabling it in Edit > Preferences > Web services > TM check box and it works fine. I understand your Internet connection is okay. Does the restart of CafeTran help? Is this Windows, Mac or Linux system?

Clarification Feb 24, 2016

I disabled TM-town yesterday, when I stopped working I exited CT and shut down the computer, today I can't re-enable TM.

I use the Ichiro build now.

Settings of two CT versions Feb 24, 2016

My guess is that your system still keeps some settings from the older 2015 version of CafeTran, which may block the settings of the 2016 Ichiro version. The solution is to reset CafeTran's settings via Edit > Preferences > the Reset button and reconnect to TM-Town after the restart.

If the issue with reconnecting occurs again, please submit a support ticket at https://cafetran.freshdesk.com/support/tickets with the exact steps so that I could follow them.
