CafeTran now has a keyboard shortcut to go directly to the target language box of the translation editor, the Find and Replace dialogue, the New term dialogue and the Quick Term Editor.
You can use this keyboard shortcut to make sure that the caret is positioned correctly, e.g. when adding a new term to your glossary.

You can use this keyboard shortcut to make sure that the caret is positioned correctly, e.g. when adding a new term to your glossary.

First, you select a word in the source text. Then you press the keyboard shortcut to look up that word in your dictionary. You select the correct translation(s) and click on the icon to copy the target term, prepare it for insertion in your glossary and insert the result in the target language box of the New term dialogue.
